I get anxious when I go out for a run. First, I get dressed, drink a little water, go to the bathroom. All the while trying to breathe. I don't have an rational explanation as to why I get nervous to "go out".
Once I am out, though, I feel empowered. Especially when I turn the corner from the road by my neighborhood onto the next road. And I keep going.
March 29, 2021 I will begin training for a marathon. I have never run that far before, so it will be another challenge.
I am using the Jeff Galloway 4-hour Training schedule. It is a 29 week schedule. I am discussing it here, in this video.
