Service Description

Build endurance and strength. High intensity interval training raises your heart rate as you work hard for a period of time (40- 60 seconds) and alternate with a rest or low intensity period. HIIT boosts mood and metabolism. Our classes are done outside in all weather. Sometimes with weights. Modifications will be suggested.
