Service Description

You start with a warm-up and end with a cool down. In the middle there is high intensity interval training (HIIT). With HIIT, you work for 45 seconds then "rest" for 30 seconds. There are five main movements in a circuit and the circuit is performed 3 times. Modifications for movements are demonstrated.
