Feel strong and confident and appreciate the body you have in this 4 week course. You will receive feedback in a small group setting. Endurance, strength, and mobility are modalities of our fitness course. I recommend having, resistance bands, dumbbells, and a yoga mat. There will be body weight options as well, if you do not have access to those. After the 4 weeks, you have the option of signing on again and continuing the practice. Everyone can perform at their level, but also be challenged in this program. There are virtual and in-person options.
