Fitness goals: "I want to get strong. I want to lose weight. I want to be fast. I want to look good. I want to lift more. I want to be healthy. I want to stop taking medications for diabetes. I want to grow muscle. I want to compete." But why.

Create it right now.

I. First choose the object of your goal:

[Examples: Strength, speed, health, weight loss, etc.]



II. Second choose the "because"/ "why".

[Ex. Strength is important to me because it will enhance my ability to do what I do in daily life...]


III. Thirdly choose the "How"/ "what".

[Ex. Strength is important to be because it will enhance my ability to do what I do in daily life by giving me power in my movements, energy, and muscle to perform the work I do and passions I pursue.]



Now.

Remember your goal. Because discipline is "Remembering that your goal is more important than how you feel right now." Working towards your goal is a struggle and an uphill climb. You are the author, now! You autonomous person you!
